In physiotherapy, a missed session is an empty hour and a treatment that drags on. Axon gives you a website with a booking calendar for physiotherapists: the initial assessment and follow-up sessions are separate services with their own duration, and patients book online whenever they like.

Reminders by email, SMS or WhatsApp cut down no-shows, the waiting list tells people when a slot frees up, and you can sell session passes. The assistant handles the website and WhatsApp with your opening hours, but gives no medical advice and does not replace your judgement: clinical matters stay with you.
