Website, calendar and WhatsApp in one place: why stop stitching tools together
A separate website, online booking software and WhatsApp for business mean double work. What changes when everything lives together.

Many appointment-based businesses end up with a website in one place, online booking software in another, a spreadsheet for customers and the phone's WhatsApp for everything else. Each tool works, but there are seams between them, and seams cost time: copying data by hand, answering the same question in three places, finding out late that two bookings overlap.
The problem with loose tools
When the website does not talk to the calendar, the customer sees one set of hours and you have another. When the chat does not know your services, it answers in generalities. When reminders depend on someone remembering, some customers do not show up. None of this is serious on its own; together, these small frictions eat the attention you should be giving your customers.
A website with a real calendar
A website with a built-in calendar offers only the times that are actually free, according to your services, professionals, rooms or tables and your notice rules. The booking goes straight into the calendar with no intermediate steps. Axon starts from twelve sector templates, designed for clinics, physio, dental, beauty, restaurants, law firms, gyms or hotels, and publishes the site in Spanish, English and Catalan.
Reminders and WhatsApp for business
Appointment reminders can go out by email, SMS or WhatsApp, and if you wish you can ask for a deposit that is charged to your own Stripe account. The WhatsApp channel uses Meta's official Cloud API, with approved templates, and writes only to people who have agreed to receive messages. Whatever arrives through the website, the chat or WhatsApp is answered from a single inbox.
Fewer pieces, more control
Having everything in one place does not mean giving things up. You can sync your Google or Outlook calendar, split permissions between owner, editor and reception, and decide which features are switched on. Your customers' data lives in one place, with cookies requested through consent, two-step verification, and the ability to export or delete a person's data when they ask.
Ceasing to stitch tools together is not a matter of fashion but of time. If you would like to see your business with the website, calendar and WhatsApp connected, ask for an Axon demo and we will show you with an example from your sector.
